Job Description
The Bulb Africa is seeking an IT Support Officer responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a smooth IT environment. Key responsibilities include:
- First-line support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Regular updates and maintenance for operating systems and software.
- Ensuring network connectivity across company infrastructure.
