Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦100,00 – ₦150,00 monthly

We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Officer to oversee and enhance our company’s internal application. In this role, you will ensure seamless app functionality, assist employees with technical challenges, onboard new users, and optimize overall app performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for the internal application
– Train new users
– Monitor and assess app performance
– Coordinate system updates
– Assist HR and Admin with app-related tasks.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, 1-2 years of IT support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
