Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring seamless network connectivity. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are vital, as you will assist employees with their IT-related queries.
