Job Description
Filmhouse Cinemas Limited, a leading film exhibition company, is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will be the primary contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
Your responsibilities will include providing timely technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, managing user accounts, and collaborating with our IT team to improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field and have proven experience in a technical support role.
