Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Site Support professional based in Apapa to maintain on-site IT operations and maximize uptime for desktops, networks, and printers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, managing user accounts, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating escalations with remote teams. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT support experience, familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, and basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches). Strong customer service and communication skills are required. CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is advantageous. Candidates must be available for occasional after-hours support and able to work on-site in Apapa.
