Job Description
QFA NIGERIA LTD is seeking a skilled IT Officer to be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve technical problems, maintain CCTV surveillance, support desktop and laptop setup, and manage retail software issues. Responsibilities include configuring hardware and software, enhancing network designs, and providing remote assistance across all locations.
Qualifications include a B.Sc in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years of experience, and knowledge of systems engineering and networking. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
