Responsibilities:

● Facilitate distribution of debt and equity securities.

● Draft memoranda and marketing materials.

● Manage key transaction work streams with client stakeholders.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

● 8+ years of experience in finance, especially in quantitative areas.
