Job Description
The Inventory Officer manages all inventory activities to ensure timely availability of ingredients and supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs. This full-time role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, performing regular counts, ordering and receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with kitchen and procurement teams to meet service demands efficiently.
Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with inventory systems, food safety protocols, and demand forecasting. Compensation: ₦150,00–₦250,00 per month.
