Job Description

Standard Bank is seeking an International Money Transfer Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new International Money Transfer Operators (IMTOs) to enhance our international remittances portfolio. Your essential duties will involve improving communications across all branches and effectively addressing any issues through stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include driving growth in the IMTO business, reactivating dormant accounts, and providing prompt responses to customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Social Management Sciences and possess 3-4 years of relevant experience in international money transfer operations.
