- HND or B.Sc Degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in microfinance banking operations
- Comprehensive understanding of banking internal control systems
- Applicants must reside in the Zuba, Madala, Deidei, Kubwa, Dutse, or Gwarinpa areas
