Job Description
The Change-room, a leading insurance company known for its exceptional services and innovative solutions, is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team. This full-time position is available in Abuja (FCT), Abeokuta – Ogun, and Akure – Ondo.
Responsibilities include:
- Formulating strategic plans to meet branch objectives.
- Leading and mentoring the branch team.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Monitoring branch performance and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:
