Job Description
MLP Finanzberatung SE, located in Bochum, is currently looking for a dedicated part-time Insurance and Finance Secretary/Assistant to join our dynamic team immediately. In this position, you will provide essential support to the branch manager and our financial advisors by managing administrative and organizational tasks. Key responsibilities include client reception, maintaining customer data, processing claims, and preparing insurance offers.
The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training, preferably in banking or insurance, and demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office. Exceptional organizational skills, a structured work ethic, and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.
