Job Description

LEADWAY, a prominent Non-Banking Financial Services provider in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated full-time Insurance Agent to join our Lagos team. This hybrid role allows for the flexibility of working from home.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recommending and selling insurance policies, building and maintaining robust client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred qualifications include proven experience in insurance sales, finance, and customer service, alongside outstanding communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
