Job Description
Beyot Consulting is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Igbo-Speaking Truck Driver Recruiter on a contract basis. As a recruiter, you will engage with and connect truck drivers from the Igbo community, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit at least 50 Igbo truck drivers weekly.
- Build and maintain relationships with drivers.
- Consistently meet recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of Igbo language and culture is a plus.
Salary: From ₦60,00 per month, with bonuses for meeting targets. Contract position with potential for renewal.
