Job Description
Beyot Consulting is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Igbo-Speaking Truck Driver Recruiters on a contract basis. Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage with truck drivers from the Igbo community effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting at least 50 Igbo truck drivers weekly.
- Building and maintaining relationships with drivers.
- Meeting or exceeding regular recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of Igbo culture and language is a plus.
Salary: ₦60,00 monthly, with bonuses available for meeting targets.
