Job Description
We seek an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance for a growing team.
- Responsibilities: create job postings, screen and interview candidates, administer benefits, maintain HR records, and support performance management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, minimum 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS tools.
