Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources & Operations Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and daily operational activities. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, assisting with payroll administration, streamlining HR and operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR or operations experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and a commitment to discretion
