Job Description

Tybitx Services International Limited, registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission and holding Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) permits, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer. This role is based in Lekki, Lagos, and is a full-time position.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong negotiation and resolution skills.
• Proficient in onboarding and training processes.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in performance management and disciplinary issues.
