Job Description
Talent Pool Resources Network is seeking an HR Officer with outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of employment legislation and possess strategic insight into the labor process. Diplomacy in negotiation is essential.
Responsibilities include preparing job descriptions, managing the employment process, training, performance monitoring, and payroll oversight. Compliance with health and safety regulations and accurate record-keeping is also required.
Qualifications include an HND/BSc in relevant fields and 2-4 years of experience. Salary: N170,00 – N180,00 net per month.
