Job Description
Reports To: General Manager
Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to implement HR policies, manage employee relations, oversee payroll, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee training and performance evaluation systems.
- Manage payroll documentation and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Salary: ₦500,00.00 per month
