Job Description

DNALC Nigeria Science City is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer. The successful candidate will manage all HR-related functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Human Resource Management roles is essential.

Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment processes, employee relations, and proficiency in IT and HR software are necessary.
