Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Use performance management tools for team guidance and feedback.
- Develop training materials and retention strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 / Month.
