Job Description

Uncle Stan’s Foods is seeking an HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will manage all HR matters from recruitment to performance reviews, salary considerations, and employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit excellent staff.
• Oversee onboarding processes.
• Provide training and coaching.
• Resolve conflicts professionally.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Ensure workplace health and safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
• 7 years of HR experience (preferred).
