Job Description
Soft Intelligent Machines, a leading technology solutions provider, is in search of a full-time Human Resources Manager based in Lagos, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, the HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additional key responsibilities include developing HR policies and managing employee benefits to create a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment and employee retention skills, experience in conflict resolution, knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly advantageous.
