Job Description
Odeva Spiv Ventures, a women’s wear label rooted in African fabrics and matching accessories, is seeking a qualified HR / Administrative Manager to join our team in Mainland, Lagos. This full-time position encompasses overseeing all HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll preparation.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3-5 years of HR experience and relevant HR Certification.
Salary: N180,00 – N200,00 monthly.
