Job Description
HIGHBRIDGE GROUP LTD is looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Lagos. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, enhance employee relations, facilitate training and development, and oversee performance management. You will play a vital role in implementing HR policies that foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational success.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven expertise in recruitment and employee relations, strong training and development skills, a solid understanding of HR policies, and exceptional communication abilities. Prior experience in a similar role within the Nigerian market is highly preferred.
