Job Description
Free Sponsored Jobs is actively seeking a full-time HR/Admin Manager located in Isolo, Lagos. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector and will be responsible for managing daily HR and administrative operations. Key duties include overseeing recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, managing benefits administration, and implementing performance management strategies.
Applicants should demonstrate strong skills in recruitment and employee relations, a thorough understanding of local labor laws, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR software. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 700k to 800k
