Job Description
The Supermart / Eden Solutions and Resources seeks a senior Human Resources Lead to define and execute HR strategy for our retail operations. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to manage recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred
- Minimum 8 years of strategic HR and HR business partner (HRBP) experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Full-time role; salary: ₦650,00/month
