Job Description
Alpha CX is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our remote team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and have a solid background in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment process, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening and interviewing potential hires, maintaining accurate candidate records, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Requirements for this position include at least 1 year of recruitment experience, proficiency in major recruitment platforms, fluency in English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
