Job Description
FactBase Consulting Limited, a prestigious business membership and advocacy organization based in Lagos, is seeking a diligent and result-driven professional to join our team as the General Manager of HR and Administration.
As the ideal candidate, you will develop HR strategies aligned with our organizational goals, oversee recruitment and onboarding, coordinate performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The role also includes managing day-to-day administrative operations.
Qualifications include a B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline, ACIPM certification (a plus), and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with at least three years in senior management.
