Job Description
Mama Cass Quick Service Restaurant is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources Manager in managing administrative tasks and maintaining proper employee records.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily staff attendance
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and interviews
- Process new hire paperwork and conduct orientations
- Maintain HR records and reports
- Facilitate employee training and performance appraisals
- Manage employee leave programs and recognition programs
Requirements:
