Job Description

Chariot is in search of a dedicated Human Resources Officer to oversee daily HR operations while ensuring adherence to labor laws. This pivotal role is centered on attracting and retaining top talent, as well as managing employee relations, payroll, and staff welfare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records in accordance with legal regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and address employee grievances.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of HR practices.
