Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at WorkNigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and people priorities, implementing effective HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing performance appraisals, assessing training needs, ensuring policy compliance, and developing employee welfare plans to enhance staff improvement.

Candidates must possess a first degree in Human Resource Management or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of HR functional areas and Nigerian Employment Laws is essential. Professional certifications such as CIPM or SHRM are a plus.
