Job Description
BOND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinate training and development programs, and enforce employee discipline and conduct. Key responsibilities also include monitoring attendance, processing payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with HR obligations, and maintaining a safe working environment. Furthermore, the HR Manager will handle employee relations and oversee office administration.
Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, a Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. Preference will be given to candidates willing to relocate to Awe, Oyo State.
