Job Description
WorQulture is seeking a Human Resources Administrator for a reputable restaurant in Benin City. This full-time role requires a commitment to work from 8am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. The successful candidate will earn a salary ranging from ₦100,00 to ₦150,00 per month.
The Junior HR Generalist will manage end-to-end recruitment, report updates, liaise with clients, handle employee onboarding, ensure payroll accuracy, and enhance employee engagement. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of human resources experience.
Applicants must reside in Benin City and be tech-savvy with excellent communication skills.
