Position: Human Resources & Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Update HR databases (new hires, separations, leave records).
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Prepare HR policies and procedures paperwork.
- Process employee requests and provide information.
- Post job ads and process incoming resumes.
- Provide orientations for new employees.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR.
- Experience with HR software.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
