Job Description
MIM FINANCE is seeking a Mid-Level HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will manage various HR functions, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Address employee grievances and promote a positive culture.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits and generate HR reports.
Requirements:
