Job Description
Kelina Hospital, located in Lagos, is actively seeking a qualified Human Resource Manager for a full-time position. The salary range for this role is NGN 250,00 – 400,00 per month. Successful candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a healthcare or large corporate setting.
Key responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, developing and implementing policies, coordinating staff training, and providing guidance on HR-related issues. Candidates must reside in Abuja, have a strong understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, and ideally hold certifications such as CIPM or SHRM.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Compensation: Minimum NGN 3.6 Million Per Annum
