Job Description

Bluenix Paint, an Agro-Allied company focused on paint manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our Abuja (FCT) team. This full-time role is essential for managing HR practices and fostering a productive workforce aligned with our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3-5 years of experience, strong HR knowledge.

Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 monthly.
