Job Description

Workpedia Africa Ltd is seeking an HR Executive to lead recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and staff development. Applicants must have 4+ years of HR experience, a mandatory CIPM certification, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law, strict confidentiality, and prior industrial/technical experience are preferred. Candidates should be willing to sign a two-year contract.

• Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00
• Benefits: leave allowance, HMO, pension, 13th month
• Workdays: Monday–Friday; hiring ASAP
