Job Description
The HSE Coordinator ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies through risk assessments, site inspections, incident investigations, training coordination, PPE and permit-to-work enforcement, emergency planning, and liaison with contractors.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field; NEBOSH or OSHA certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in HSE, preferably in construction or industrial environments; knowledge of local regulations preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, auditing, and incident investigation capabilities.
Promotes a proactive safety culture, implements corrective actions, and supports regulatory compliance across project sites.
