Job Description

Estrada International is in search of a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough risk assessments, facilitate comprehensive safety training, and monitor HSE performance, all while ensuring compliance with sustainable environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and enforce HSE policies and standards.
• Perform risk assessments and implement preventive strategies.
• Conduct safety training and emergency response drills.
• Track HSE performance metrics and ensure compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science (HSE certifications required).
• Over 7 years of HSE experience in relevant industries.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
