Job Description
Cen Global Services Limited is actively seeking a results-oriented HR Officer (Performance Analyst) to become a key member of our team in Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee performance, analyzing productivity metrics, and facilitating the implementation of effective performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing the performance management framework.
- Analyze employee performance data to identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to set performance targets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
