Job Description
KC Microfinance Bank is seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring timely and accurate payroll.
- Organizing training sessions and staff activities.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Administering pensions and benefits.
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements.
- Overseeing employee health, safety, and welfare.
- Advising management on employment laws and policies.
- Ensuring candidates have the right to work.
