Job Description
Helean Global Limited, a premier Human Resource Solution Provider based in Lagos, Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Mowe, Ogun. This full-time position involves managing HR tasks for factory workers, overseeing the sourcing and onboarding process, addressing employee relations issues, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing), and strong communication skills. Candidates must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, Berger, and surrounding areas.
