Job Description
BAYKINS PHARMACY is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Conducting performance appraisals
- Developing initiatives that enhance employee relations
- Implementing effective compensation and benefits
- Promoting organizational cultural alignment
- Developing, updating, and implementing policies
- Supporting staff training and development
