Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department at Estrada International Staffing Solutions, located within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, ensuring health and safety standards, overseeing training programs, and addressing employee grievances.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 8-9 years of HR management experience (preferably in manufacturing), strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent interpersonal skills.
