Job Description
Donquester Consulting is looking for a skilled HR Manager to support our client in the mortgage industry located in Lagos. The preferred candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, along with a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between NGN 250,00 and 400,00.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing effective strategies and policies, overseeing recruitment processes, and promoting a positive workplace culture. A strong understanding of labor laws, proficiency in HR software, and exceptional communication skills are required.
