Job Description
Jubaili Agrotec, a leading company in the agrochemical sector since 2002, is expanding its operations in Oyo and is in search of a committed HR Generalist. This role involves supporting our recruitment processes, managing payroll activities, and overseeing administrative functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure adherence to HR policies while maintaining accurate employee records and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
Ideal candidates will possess an HND or B.Sc. degree along with 2 to 3 years of pertinent experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for excelling in this position.
