Job Description
Swift Consulting is actively looking for a committed HR Assistant to enhance our Human Resources team in Lagos. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from USD 100 to 150. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment processes, maintain employee records, onboard new hires, and provide essential administrative support to the HR department.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, are crucial for success in this role.
